Using a variety of input methods including scanning, VRS, Capture, Database lookup, and OCR/ICR technology with manual entry. In addition to the automated editing process, each page of every document is also manually reviewed for legibility, clarity and orientation. The raster editing process may include image cropping, deskewing, rotation mirroring, de-speckling, and inverting the image in order to achieve the best visual quality possible. Pages are re-scanned as needed, dependent upon the condition of the original hard copy.
According to your needs, your digital documents can be searched, shared, restricted, version controlled, check-in and checked out, or even locked down. We’re well versed in the leading document management applications, and can upload and help you manage your documents using IBM Filenet, Oracle Stellent, Microsoft SharePoint, File Yard, and HP TRIM.
Pacxa Document Management includes document preparation, Bates numbering, litigation imaging services, OCR, indexing, document hosting, document pick-up/delivery and document shredding.

All entry points are secured using biometric hand readers with two-factor identification.
